History of AMR- Property BG (formerly A&R-Property BG®
In 2022, we launched a service in Polish www.mieszkania-bulgaria.pl under the brand A&R-Property BG® (currently AMR - Property BG), meeting the needs of our many Polish clients. At this point, we hope that contact in Polish will make your decision to work with us easier. We filed the A&R-Property BG® brand with the European Union Intellectual Property Office in March 2023 and in June 2023. The Office has granted protection rights for the brand valid throughout the European Union under the number 018843007.
In April 2023, a separate company, A&R-Property BG OOD (currently AMR - Property BG OOD), registered in the register of companies in Bulgaria under the number UIC 207363198 , was established to deal with real estate brokerage, while the original company Prodig Tech BG OOD deals with real estate investment. In December 2023, A&R-Property BG changed its name to AMR - Property BG. The name change is linked to the company's growth. We will open our new office in the centre of Sunny Beach in the spring of 2024, preparations are currently underway. Both companies operate under the AMR - Property BG group.
The main region of our real estate activities is the Black Sea coast, but you will also find offers from other regions of Bulgaria on our website.
